The workshop includes short theoretical introduction to the idea and methodology of Mindfulness. And, we teach and lead the participants thorough 2 mindfulness practices, body scan (mindfulness of the body) and mindfulness of breathing.

The class and practices are lead in English.

About the session

These sessions are run in a friendly group setting, guided by one of our wonderful and highly experienced teachers. You will be given an introduction to what mindfulness is, how it is practiced, and guided through some short practices and a meditation. You will come away with some simple practices to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, as well as some suggestions for the next steps to take on your journey with mindfulness.

Who are they suitable for  
Anyone experiencing stress associated with work, relationships, loss and other factors outside your control, including dealing with the general complexity and pace of modern life. Anyone with a long term health condition, illness or chronic pain.Those with a general interest in mindfulness are also very welcome.


An opportunity to practice with others
What is more, the class gives an opportunity to people who completed a mindfulness course, know how to meditate and want to deepen their meditation and mindfulness practice.
